Right of withdrawal

Our goal is is to guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return it, without penalties. You have 14 days from your delivery date for a refund of the items bought on www.angelovintage.com.

The item(s) can be returned only after having started the return process on www.angelovintage.com, “My Account”, “My Merchandise Return”  within 14 days of the delivery date. A.N.G.E.L.O. customer care will confirm it and will send you by e-mail the pre-payed label to apply to the box (You’ll have then 7 day within sending the item(s))

Please note that it is not possible to exchange the returned item with another.

 

1. Return Policy (art. 52  Consumer Code)

To return an item the following rules should be followed:

  1. Access to “My Account”, “My Merchandise Return” on www.angelovintage.com, select the order and the item(s) you want to return within 14 days of the delivery.
  2. The item(s) should be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  3. The product(s) should be returned with the “A.N.G.E.L.O” security tag attached.
  4. The item(s) should be returned with the orginal packaging, wrapped as they have been delivered. If you return a kit of products, you should return all the items. Please make sure the item(s) are wrapped with care to avoid damages during the transportation.
  5. The item(s) should be shipped back to A.N.G.E.L.O. at the same time, with one shipment. A.N.G.E.L.O may decide not to accept one of the items if shipped in two different times.
  6. The returned item(s) should be handled to the courier within 14 days of the delivery, which start when you communicate the seller (A.N.G .E.L.O) your willingness to return the items (when you start your “My Merchandise Return”) process.
  7. The invoice issued by A.N.G.E.L.O should be shipped back to the seller together with the returned item(s).
  8. The return label should be put on the box.
  9. Returns from Italy: Once you have started your “My Merchandise Return” process, the A.N.G.E.L.O customer care service will send you the pre-paid label by e-mail. Please note that free returns are offered for orders delivered and returned in Italy.
  10. Returns from rest of the world: The return shipping costs are at the customer's expenses.
  11. The return should be shipped back to the seller (A.N.G.E.L.O) from the address where the item was delivered.

If the above requirements are met, A.N.G.E.L.O will accept your return and refund the price paid for the item(s).

In any case, you will be contacted by our customer care service if the returned item(s) do not meet the above requirements.
In this case, you may decide to receive the item(s) back at your expenses. If you will not accept this shipment, A.N.G.E.L.O may decide to keep the item(s) and the amount corresponding to the item(s) purchase.

 

2. Return modality

When A.N.G.E.L.O. receives your return and makes sure that the above requirements are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted. 

Regardeless of the payment method you have opted for (credit card, debit card or cash payment on delivery), once verified that the returned item(s) meet the above requirements, the refund will be made the shortest time possible, and, in any case, within 30 days of the date when the return process (“My Merchandise Return”) was started. The time for the refund of the returned item(s) depends on the payment method you have used:

credit/debit card purchase: 
the time to see the refund may vary according to the institute issuing the credit/debit card. Please note that the value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit and consequently you shall not suffer interest losses.

PayPal purchase: 
the refund will be made on your Paypal account and will be immediately visible. The refund on your credit card of your Paypal account depends on the institute issuing the card. In case of a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the payment.

The refund will be made when your return is accepted by the seller.

3. Security Tag

Items are shipped with a security tag. Please do not remove it: in case of an item returned without the security tag on the retun will not be accepted.

4. Italy Return Policy

Returns should be shipped back to A.N.G.E.L.O with SDA courier using the pre-paid label which the A.N.G.E.L.O customer service will send you by e-mail once you have started you “My Merchandise Return” process. Call SDA at 199113366 and book your free return.

In case you decide to use a courier different from the one specified by A.N.G.E.L.O, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, for damages or losses of the item(s) during the transport.

5. Rest of the World Return Policy

The shipping costs are borne by the customer
In case the item(s) are shipped back to the seller at the seller expenses, the seller shall withdraw the amount corresponding to the shipping costs from your refund.
